Z Series Hearing Aids

The Z Series is Starkey’s newest full family of wireless products, which feature 900 MHz technology to help wearers hear and understand conversations better in noisy environments, make loud sounds more comfortable while boosting soft sounds, and stream TV, phone calls, and other media directly to the hearing aid. With the improved features of Speech ID and Acuity Directionality, wearers will experience improved speech audibility in difficult listening situations, with sound comfort technology providing distortion-free listening. The Feedback Cancellation system assists with comfortable listening, as well. With SurfLink Mobile, wearers will be able to control their hearing aids through an app on their smartphone with ease and discretion. SurfLink also allows people who need more amplification to turn their smart phones into an assistive listening device.  The Z Series is available in both in-the-ear and behind-the-ear options.

Halo Made for iPhone

In 2015, Starkey received the Edison Silver Award for the Halo Made for iPhone hearing aid, which allows wearers to connect directly to iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch via the TruLink app. Through this connection, wearers are able to stream phone calls, FaceTime, music, and other media directly from their devices to their Halo hearing aids, giving them access to clear, unfettered sound. With advanced noise reduction technology and a directional microphone, the Halo reduces noise and improves speech recognition for wearers. With feedback cancellation and high frequency audibility, the Halo makes provides a comfortable listening experience, making difficult sounds easier to hear. Wearers of the Halo experience a truly seamless listening experience with the geo-tagging feature, which automatically switches modes when the GPS feature in the iPhone detects the wearer in a tagged location. The Halo is available in receiver-in-canal and behind-the-ear styles.


Additional Styles and Features

Starkey hearing aids come in many different styles, to meet the personal needs of individual wearers. They offer styles that range from invisible-in-canal, which are so tiny that no one will know you’re wearing hearing aids, to discreet receiver-in-canal, behind-the-ear, in-the-canal, and in-the-ear styles. Starkey also offers tinnitus treatment, the Multiflex Tinnitus Technology, which creates customizable, comforting sounds stimuli that soothe the symptoms of tinnitus. The tinnitus treatment from Starkey is a nearly invisible in-ear device that provides all-day relief. In addition, Starkey offers a line of amplifiers that are worn in the ear.
